Jesus Enrique Saldivar Delgado

Jesus Enrique Saldivar Delgado, aged 85, of Los Fresnos, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 5 2024. Born on December 30, 1938, Esperanza Sonora, Mexico, he was the beloved son of Julio Saldivar Alcala and Amalia Delgado Saldivar.

He is preceded in death by his father, Julio, his mother, Amalia, and his sister, Alma Josefina Saldivar de Santana. 

Jesus leaves behind a loving family, including his cherished beloved wife of 58 years,11 months & 5 days, Maria Elba Saldivar and their children: Jesus Enrique Saldivar (Virginia), Amalia Saldivar, Elva Leticia Sanchez (Mizhael), and Julio Saldivar (Claudia “La Quinta Hija”). He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Enrique Saldivar (Lesley), Itati Saldivar (Andres), Letycia Sanchez, and Michael Sanchez.

A visitation in honor of Jesus will take place on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a prayer of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Los Fresnos, followed by interment at Los Cuates Cemetery.

The family would like to acknowledge and thank the pallbearers who will carry Jesus to his final resting place: Jesus Enrique Saldivar, Julio Saldivar, Enrique Saldivar, Jesus Manuel Quevedo, and Jorge Alberto Millan Armendariz.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Los Fresnos Funeral Home, located at 1005 S. Arroyo Blvd., Los Fresnos, Texas.

Jesus Enrique Saldivar Delgado will be remembered with love and respect by all who knew him. He touched the lives of many and his legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
